Wind of the South

Updated: May 22, 2022

Sing, O graceful Wind of South Sing though you haven’t mouth Graceful wind, hollow and vile Tyrannical – but you still smile With no mouth – You sing! Sing!

Blow, O graceful Wind of South Blow though you haven’t mouth Harsh wind, stern and rowdy Wild – but you’re still merry With no mouth – You blow! Blow!

Holler, O graceful Wind of South Holler though you haven’t mouth Loud wind, boisterous and fierce Deafening – our ears you pierce With no mouth – You holler! Holler!

The Wind so jolly, It sings! The Wind so jolly, It blows! The Wind so jolly, It hollers! With no mouth – It’s jolly! Jolly!
